Found some new information on the Arizona sheet metal workers
I know I said I was putting this dead horse to bed, but I recently came across some new information about what’s going on there.
The sheet metal workers filed 53 unfair labor practices against the contractor. The NLRB found merit in 40 of the charges. Looks like there will be a court date sometime in August. The NLRB also filed charges against the UA business manager for that local, the charge is that he was acting as an agent of the contractor.
Should be interesting to see how it all shakes out. I’ll try to see what else I can find.
